Since 2020, I've been an active participant in Siv's TRE/NIT classes. Like many other men, I've found delving into our inner states can be daunting and challenging, especially as it's less natural for many of us to consciously connect with our emotions.
Though it was a scary prospect initially, I can confidently say that my journey with NIT has been nothing short of transformative. On several occasions, I've experienced substantial leaps forward in my personal development. Simply recognizing that there is a spectrum of emotions and learning to acknowledge them stands out as one of the most potent tools I've experienced and taken with me going forward.
What sets NIT apart is its approachability. Unlike many, for example, meditation practices, where I tend to lose focus within my thoughts, TRE/NIT's emphasis on physical exercises is distinctive. With Siv's guidance through TRE/NIT, the path towards my inner self is more accessible than ever. Focusing on the physical sensations during these exercises is a much simpler way to relax into deeper states of mind. NIT offers an avenue for tapping into emotions that many guys, including myself, may find challenging to access. I've discovered connections with powerful emotions, such as gratitude, love, and acceptance. These connections extend beyond the course, enriching both my daily life and the sessions themselves. Having experienced these emotions is like discovering an additional source of energy to draw from.
If you're someone with all the ideas about how you want your life to unfold but grappling with the motivation to start or follow through on these projects, NIT can provide the missing piece. For me, it has been a significant positive force for my work, creative pursuits, and my relationships with loved ones.

Siv's guidance creates an environment where you're encouraged to focus on your own journey. There's no pressure; you take it as far as you want and need. The decision lies solely with you. Be prepared for a deep dive into your inner self with both your strengths and vulnerabilities. As you complete each course, and class you'll go home with a sense of growth and accomplishment.
NIT/TRE has helped me to resolve blockages so that I get flow and better contact with my body. I use the different breathing techniques almost every day, they help to calm me down, find my center, and be present here and now. I have gotten better contact with myself and my heart. An open heart has given me access to feel love for those around me and for myself. When I worked at the school, difficult students could make me angry and irritated. After NIT/TRE, I have managed to open my heart and meet the students with love, and this last semester I have received so much back. There are several students I carry with me even today who give me energy. Other situations are when an adult has said something where I believe I have made a mistake or not been good enough, then I can easily go into a childlike state and get hurt and would prefer to fix it immediately. After NIT/TRE, I can more easily stand in it and don't need to fix things right away. Allowing the process to take its course and maybe get different answers. Letting go of control and accepting that sometimes you don't get answers has actually provided more answers. NIT/TRE has also helped me to be conscious of my reaction pattern earlier so that I see other choices (absolutely fantastic). NIT/TRE is something I wish for everyone.
I was very anxious before the NIT/TRE course! Anxious about how I/my body would react to letting go of old traumas and new sorrows, whether I would get "access" from my body to let go. My experiences with the NIT course were astonishing. I found the course very informative and easy to follow. Siv is extremely pleasant in the way she speaks and the way she conducts the course. You learn things about the body and the nervous system that you might not be fully aware of before, which helped me understand more about what we were going through! Siv monitors each participant and gives each participant the support they need during the course! I felt safe and seen throughout the entire course and had full trust in Siv and Marit along the way.
I have noticed huge improvements, both physical and psychological. Noticed big differences overnight. Much less pain in the body and a much lighter mind. The course has been transformative for me, simply life-changing and saving. I feel that I have finally found some inner peace. You get to know your body better, and it has found an outlet that is good for both the psyche and the body.
I would definitely recommend this course to others; this course is something that will be greatly beneficial. You gain a better understanding of your body and your mind. If you have the opportunity to attend an NIT/TRE course, do not hesitate to jump in! A super nice course, with fantastic course leaders!

I had a very special experience that I’ve never had before. It felt like meditation combined with a feeling of relief as my body responded naturally to what it needed in the moment. I went deep into my body, observing and trembling without controlling it. I felt safe and in control, which allowed me to explore even more. I loved it and can't wait to do it again. The instructions for getting into it were well done, and it's a great way to release stress, relax, and let go of negative emotions. I recommend it to everybody.
I absolutely loved the Neurogenic tremors session! The exercises were simple, yet the release was powerful. I felt the ripples of shaking from head to toe, and it was the closest I've come to a kundalini experience. It was truly wonderful, even a friend described it as 'orgasmic,' and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend it to anyone. My body is asking for this work, and I'm eager to continue. Such a fantastic experience, highly recommended!
