The history and development of TRE®, the stress–trauma continuum, tremoring in animal studies, self-regulation, the neurology of TRE®, the autonomic nervous system and Polyvagal Theory, maintaining safety, the tremor mechanism, the anatomy of TRE®, and the standard exercise sequence.
Module 2
Individual TRE® Facilitation

Ethics and scope of practice, principles of facilitation, neuroplasticity and TRE®, the default mode and salience networks, stress hormones and the HPA axis, breath and posture, heart–brain coherence, maintaining safety, working in person and online, fascia and movement, modifications, interventions, and attachment theory in facilitation.

The membership is what turns study into practice. Somatic skill deepens through repetition and exposure, and for a working provider, watching this material taught from many angles by many different facilitators is where reading becomes embodied understanding.
Your membership begins when your payment clears and runs for one year. It ends there — no automatic renewal, no lapse into a charge. You’re welcome to take out a paid membership afterward if you’d like to continue.
Who can apply
Audit access is open to practitioners who already hold a TRE® Provider certification from any certifying organization, and to TRE® Trainers.
You apply before you pay. With your application, send a copy of your TRE® Provider certificate along with the name of your certifying organization and the year you were certified. We review each application and may verify your certification with the certifying organization. We’re not able to approve every application, and where we can’t, nothing has been charged.
What auditing does not include
- Reflection workbooks and written assignments
- Personal one-to-one sessions with a trainer
- The monthly live experiential classrooms that certification students attend
- Video review, feedback, mentoring, or competency assessment
- NI certification or the NI TRE® Provider title
The curriculum includes the Programme quizzes. Lessons open in sequence, and each quiz must be passed before the next unlocks. When you have passed every quiz you receive an NI Certificate of Completion (Programme Audit) and become eligible to apply for a listing in our Provider Directory. Listing requires a separate signed agreement and is not an NI certification — your listing shows the organization that certified you and the year.
Your existing certification stands exactly as it is. Auditing sits alongside it as continuing professional development. You may state as a matter of fact that you have completed the content of the NI TRE® Provider Certification Program on an audit basis.

Complete the short application form: upload a copy of your TRE® Provider certificate, tell us your certifying organization or trainer and the year, choose your option, and sign the Audit Agreement.

We check your certification and confirm your eligibility. We usually reply within a week, often sooner.

Payment
We send you a payment link for the option you selected.

Begin
Your access is activated once payment clears, and you start whenever you’re ready.
Payment and access
Payment gives you immediate and permanent access to the curriculum and manual. Because delivery of digital content begins right away, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content is given up at payment.

As a goodwill policy we offer a seven-day refund window from payment, available where no content has been accessed or downloaded.

As a goodwill policy we offer a seven-day refund window from payment, available where no content has been accessed or downloaded and no use has been made of the membership.
The membership element is treated separately. You keep the statutory right to cancel it within 14 days of payment and receive a refund of the unused part.
