NI is not registered for MVA (Norwegian VAT), because its educational services fall outside MVA registration. Prices are therefore shown without MVA.

Language and Currency

These Terms and the NI platform are provided in English, which is the governing language of your agreement with NI. Any translation is for convenience only; if there is a conflict, the English version prevails. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Where you pay in another currency, any conversion or bank fees applied by your card issuer are your responsibility.

General Provisions

Read and acknowledge before registering for any course, service, or product.

NI allows only one ticket per logged-in account. To purchase a second ticket for someone else, please contact us at info@neurogenic-integration.com.

NI offers education and tools to support your transformation. Each person attending our classes, workshops, or sessions, or using our products, is fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after.

You must be 18 or older to register; see Age Verification below.

Additional terms apply to participants enrolled in the TRE® Provider Certification Program (see Part 2 below).

Conduct at Events

We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time while an event is in session if you enter the premises under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering drugs, or solicit or share such substances with other registrants before or during the event. Your registration may be revoked with no refund.

Assumption of Risk

You take part in NI’s practices — including neurogenic tremoring, breathwork, movement, and related somatic practices — voluntarily and at your own risk. You understand that your body’s and mind’s responses cannot be predicted with complete accuracy and may include strong physical, emotional, or psychological states. You accept responsibility for deciding whether you are fit to participate (see Health, Contraindications & Self-Responsibility), for working within your own limits, and for any medical costs arising from your participation. For in-person events, a separate signed Event Waiver also applies.

Health, Contraindications & Self-Responsibility

Neurogenic Tremoring/TRE and related somatic practices — which in some classes include breathwork — are educational and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, or trauma-recovery care. NI and its facilitators do not diagnose or treat any condition, do not interfere with treatment prescribed by a licensed professional, and do not guarantee any cure or outcome. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

Conditions requiring medical clearance before you participate

You confirm that you are not currently pregnant, and that you have not recently had surgery or an open or unhealed wound — or, if you are or have, that you have obtained written clearance from a qualified medical professional.

You also confirm that you do not currently have, and do not have a history of, any of the following — or, if you do, that you have obtained written clearance from a qualified medical professional:

• Epilepsy or a seizure disorder
• Schizophrenia or psychosis
• Bipolar disorder
• PTSD
• Suicidal thoughts or ideation
• Any other psychiatric condition, or any emotional crisis, requiring hospitalisation

Because some classes include breathwork with breath-holding and breath-retention, pay particular attention to any respiratory, lung, or oxygen-related condition, heart condition, high or unmanaged blood pressure, or any serious or acute illness, and obtain medical clearance before taking part if any of these apply. For your safety, never practise breath retention in or near water, or while driving or operating machinery, and stop and rest if you feel unwell at any point.

Conditions requiring caution

If any of the following apply, inform your facilitator before participating and take part with appropriate care:

• Difficulty self-regulating your nervous system
• Physical pain that increases with tremoring
• Certain chronic conditions, for example fibromyalgia or IBS
• Currently under psychiatric treatment

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to determine whether you are sufficiently fit and healthy to participate safely, to represent your health accurately, and to monitor your own physical, emotional, and psychological capacity throughout.

Guest Facilitators

NI regularly hosts classes, workshops, and sessions led by guest facilitators who are independent practitioners and not employees, agents, or representatives of NI.

While NI reviews facilitators before approving them to host on the platform, this review is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of a facilitator’s qualifications, conduct, or outcomes. Participants attend guest-facilitator sessions at their own risk.

All guest facilitators must hold their own professional liability insurance as a condition of hosting on the platform. NI is not responsible for the conduct, content, advice, or actions of guest facilitators, nor for any outcomes, injuries, or losses arising from their sessions. Bookings are processed through the NI platform for administrative convenience only and do not imply that NI assumes responsibility for the session or facilitator.

One-on-One Sessions for Members — Red Beard Somatic Therapy

NI members have access to one-on-one sessions facilitated by practitioners at Red Beard Somatic Therapy, a sister company of NI. These sessions are provided exclusively by Red Beard and are entirely separate from NI’s services and certification program. They are governed by Red Beard’s own terms, conditions, and practice policies, which participants must read and accept before booking. NI assumes no responsibility for the conduct, content, or outcomes of sessions provided by Red Beard.

Third-Party Video Courses

NI occasionally offers video courses created by independent educators and third-party content creators. These are not produced by NI and are not covered by NI’s terms, quality standards, or certification framework. Each is governed by the terms of its creator or publisher, which participants must review before purchase. NI assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of third-party courses.

Terms of Use

These terms of use govern your use of this website. By accessing this website, you acknowledge and accept these terms of use. Please consult them regularly. Personal data collected in connection with courses, memberships, events, or the Certification Program is processed in accordance with NI’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR — this includes certification-related data, recordings, and evaluation materials.

Access to this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes as described in Restrictions on Use below. You agree not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others, damage the website or its Content, modify the Content, or access Content not intended for you, or interfere with the rights of third parties. Information you provide must be correct, current, and complete; if NI believes it is not, NI may refuse, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, without notice.

Restrictions on use

This website is provided solely for non-commercial, personal use, and to learn about NI and its services. You may not use it for any commercial purpose without NI’s prior written consent, including co-branding or framing the website. You agree to cooperate with NI in ending any unauthorised co-branding or framing.

Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policies vary by product type.

Downloadable and Permanent-Access Products

These products (for example, the Foundations Course) give you immediate access to digital content. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access to the content begins (angrerettlova; EU Consumer Rights Directive). Once access has begun, these products are non-refundable. If you have not yet accessed the content, you may withdraw and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Classes and Workshops

Live classes and workshops are scheduled for a specific date and time, and are therefore exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as leisure services supplied on a specific date (angrerettlova). As a goodwill policy, purchased single classes and workshops are refundable up to one week before the start, less the card fee and a USD 5 processing fee.

Membership Refunds

Because membership gives you immediate access to sessions and resources, by purchasing you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access begins. Monthly and Yearly Memberships are then non-refundable, and no refund or partial refund is given for unused time after cancellation.

Membership Renewal (Auto-Renewal)

Monthly and Yearly Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period, so your access continues without interruption. Shortly before each renewal, NI sends you a renewal notice by email, identifying your membership type, the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel.

• If automatic payment is enabled, the payment method on file is charged automatically on the renewal date, at the price then in effect, for the next billing period.
• If automatic payment is not enabled, your membership is placed on hold at the end of the period until payment is made, and access is paused until it is.

You can cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge (see Membership Cancellation). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel a Monthly or Yearly Membership at any time by logging into their account, navigating to Memberships, and selecting Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains active until then. Memberships are non-refundable (see Membership Refunds); no credit is given for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation. If you have any difficulty cancelling, contact info@neurogenic-integration.com and we will assist you promptly.

Retreats and Other Live Events

In-person retreats and events are booked for specific dates and are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as leisure services supplied on a specific date (angrerettlova). The following cancellation terms apply:

• Multi-day events (e.g. the Weekend Experience): full refund up to 60 days before the event; 50% refund from 60 days up to 30 days before; no refund within 30 days.
• One-day events: non-refundable.

Refunds, withdrawal rights, and fee policies for the Certification Program are governed exclusively by the Certification Program Terms (Part 2) and may differ from the above.

Age Verification

By registering for any class, workshop, membership, or program, you confirm that you are 18 or older. NI does not independently verify age at registration. If a participant is found to be under 18 and registered without prior arrangement, their registration may be cancelled without refund. By completing registration, you accept full responsibility for accurately representing your age, and NI accepts no liability for participation by anyone who has misrepresented it. Exceptions for participants under 18 may be made at NI’s sole discretion; to request one, contact info@neurogenic-integration.com before registration.

Service Availability

NI makes every effort to keep the platform and its content available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. If a scheduled session is cancelled by NI or a guest facilitator, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and, where possible, offer an alternative date or a recording. NI may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time; where changes materially affect active memberships, we will give reasonable notice. No refunds are issued for temporary disruptions or individual session cancellations, except where required by law.

Force Majeure

NI is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control — including illness, injury, or unavailability of a facilitator, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war or civil unrest, strikes, failure of utilities or telecommunications, internet or platform outages, or government restrictions. Where such an event prevents or materially disrupts an event or service, NI will, where possible, offer a rescheduled date, a comparable alternative, or access to a recording, and will otherwise seek a fair solution with you.

Proprietary Information

Trademarks

The material and Content accessible from this website, and any other website owned or controlled by NI, is the proprietary information of NI or the party that provided it, and all right, title, and interest is retained. Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted without NI’s prior written consent, except that you may print a copy for personal use. You may not use any marks or logos without NI’s express written permission. Use of certification titles, designations, and branding is permitted only in accordance with the Certification Program Terms.

Recordings, Photography & Likeness

NI’s session and course recordings. NI’s online and in-person classes, workshops, courses, and sessions — both free and paid — are routinely recorded; not recording is the exception. NI owns these recordings and all copyright in them, and may use, reuse, edit, publish, and republish them, in whole or in part and in any medium, for documentation, education, promotion, and the operation and sale of its courses and content.

Your image and likeness. Because classes and events are group settings, you may appear in general or wide-angle recordings, photographs, or footage, and it is not possible to guarantee that any individual is entirely absent from group footage.

• General documentation. NI relies on its legitimate interest to capture and use general and group images for documentation, education, and marketing — by NI and its sister companies Integrated Human (integrated-human.com) and Red Beard (redbeardsomatictherapy.com). You will be given clear notice that recording is taking place. In online classes, you may keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear.
• Your right to object. If you prefer not to appear, tell NI or the facilitator before or during the session or event. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate you and to remove you from published materials on request where reasonably possible.
• Featured promotional use. Where NI wishes to feature you specifically and identifiably — for example a close-up, a named image, or a testimonial — NI will seek your specific consent, which you may decline or later withdraw.
• No compensation. You are not entitled to payment or royalties for incidental appearance in general documentation.

Your Indemnity to NI

You agree to indemnify and hold NI harmless from any claim, loss, or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or content, your infringement of NI’s or a third party’s intellectual property, or — where you record others as part of the certification programme — your failure to obtain the necessary consents. This does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by NI’s own negligence or breach.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NI — and its officers, directors, employees, and facilitators — is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the website, our content, or participation in our services. NI’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits NI’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country, state, or province of residence.

This clause applies to participants, students, and certified providers, including those enrolled in or graduating from the Certification Program.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Talk to us first. If you have a complaint or concern, contact us at info@neurogenic-integration.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve the matter informally.

Alternative dispute resolution. If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body — an independent service that helps settle consumer complaints without going to court. If you are a consumer resident in Norway, you can contact Forbrukertilsynet (the Norwegian Consumer Authority) or Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council). If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EEA, you may use the equivalent consumer dispute body in your country of residence. NI is willing to take part in ADR to try to resolve a dispute before either party goes to court.

Mediation. If a dispute is not resolved informally or through ADR, both parties agree to attempt mediation before starting court proceedings. Mediation is conducted under Norwegian law and in Norwegian, unless both parties agree otherwise.

Governing law and courts. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of NI’s website, products, or services, are governed by the laws of Norway. The ordinary courts of Norway have jurisdiction, with the agreed venue being the court for NI’s registered seat at Voss.

Your rights as a consumer (savings clause). If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country, state, or province of residence that cannot be waived by agreement, nor of any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction where the applicable law gives you that right. Where those mandatory rules or forum rights conflict with the governing-law or jurisdiction provisions above, the mandatory rules and rights prevail to the extent the law requires.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision is deleted without affecting the remaining provisions, which continue in force.

Variation of Terms

NI may revise these Terms from time to time, and by using this website you are expected to review them regularly. Where a change materially affects an active membership or enrolment, NI will give reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.

Assignment

NI may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notification. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NI and you in relation to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Part 2 — TRE® Provider Certification Program Terms

The following terms apply specifically to participants enrolled in the Certification Program and supplement the general Terms above. The Program is available in two formats: self-paced and live cohort. Unless stated otherwise, the common terms (Part A) apply to both; format-specific terms are in Parts B and C. By enrolling, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Part A — Common Terms (both formats)

1. Nature and scope

The Program is an educational and experiential training in the theory, principles, and facilitation of Neurogenic Tremoring and TRE-based practices. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic training, and confers no professional licence or legal authority to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Certification confirms completion of the training to the required standard — not fitness or authority to practise in any particular jurisdiction. The Program is endorsed and approved by Dr David Berceli and TRE For All as part of their Innovative Pathways certification track. On successful completion of all requirements, participants receive a Certificate of Completion as a Neurogenic Integration TRE® Provider, issued through TRE For All.

2. Enrolment health self-certification

Because the Program involves ongoing embodied practice, you confirm on enrolment that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to take part, or that you have obtained medical clearance where any relevant condition applies. You agree to monitor your own capacity throughout the training and to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

3. No guarantee of certification

Enrolment does not guarantee certification. Certification is awarded only after successful completion of all requirements, which may include coursework and study, personal practice, one-on-one sessions, video reviews, demonstration of competency, and adherence to ethical and professional conduct. NI may, at its sole discretion, withhold, delay, or deny certification where the required standards have not been met. The refund consequences of not completing, or of certification being delayed, withheld, or denied, are set out in §15.

4. TRE For All certification fee

On completion, all graduates pay a certification fee directly to TRE For All to receive their certificate. As a reference point this fee is USD 35 as of 2026 and is subject to change; confirm the current fee with TRE For All at the time of certification. This fee is not included in NI’s tuition. Optional and recommended TRE For All membership (including a listing in the TRE For All directory) is also payable directly to TRE For All.

5. Provider Directory

A complimentary listing in the NI Provider Directory is included in tuition upon certification, subject to ongoing compliance with Program standards and the requirements of §14.

6. Included NI Membership

A one-year NI Membership is included in the Program. Participants who already hold an active paid membership may suspend it for the included period to avoid overlap, by cancelling in the Memberships section of their account (this functions as a temporary suspension, not a refund). NI will send a reactivation reminder at the end of the included period. NI is not responsible for overlap or lost value where a participant chooses not to suspend an existing membership.

7. One-on-one sessions

Four one-on-one sessions are included and required. They are educational — for example, giving you direct experience of guided TRE® facilitation, answering your questions, or discussing topics related to your certification. How you use each session is up to you. They do not constitute a therapeutic or clinical relationship. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice; sessions missed without notice are forfeited. Make-up sessions are available at the fee published on the NI website and must be completed within the Program timeline.

8. Video review submissions

Video review submissions are recordings of your own facilitation practice that you submit for trainer review and approval. You are required to complete the number of video-review sessions specified for your certification format, as published on the NI website and set out in your onboarding papers, and to upload each recording to your own YouTube channel, set to unlisted, for trainer review. You retain full ownership at all times; NI does not store, download, or retain submissions, and reviews them solely for educational evaluation. You are responsible for obtaining informed consent from anyone appearing in your recordings before filming.

9. Student status and scope of practice during training

While enrolled you are a student-in-training and not a certified TRE® Provider, and you may not represent yourself as certified or advertise or imply certification before formal completion. Any practice during training must be clearly identified as trainee practice, with informed consent from all participants. Use of certification titles, trademarks, and branding is governed by §13.

10. Educational, not therapeutic

All instruction, mentoring, personal sessions, and reviews are provided solely for education and training. Trainers, mentors, and reviewers act as educators and evaluators only; the Program does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or medical relationship.

11. Psychological readiness and self-responsibility

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical, emotional, and psychological capacity throughout the training and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed. NI does not provide clinical or psychological assessment. NI may, at its own discretion and for the wellbeing of the group or the integrity of the training, suggest that a participant seek additional support or pause or step back from participation. This is not a clinical judgement and does not create any duty on NI to assess or monitor any participant’s health.

12. Suspension, removal, or denial of certification

NI may suspend, remove, or deny certification for reasons including ethical violations, misrepresentation of credentials, unsafe or inappropriate facilitation, breach of confidentiality, or failure to comply with Program requirements. In such cases no refund is issued.

13. Use of certification title and branding

Certification titles such as “Certified TRE® Provider” or “Neurogenic Integration TRE® Provider,” and NI’s and TRE For All’s trademarks, logos, and branding, may be used only after certification has been formally granted — never during training or before completion. Once certified, you may use the title and the TRE® mark only in accordance with the applicable TRE® trademark licence and NI’s branding guidance. Unauthorised use, or any use that misrepresents your certification status, may result in removal from the Program, revocation or denial of certification, removal from the Provider Directory, and legal action where appropriate.

14. After certification — independence, insurance, and indemnity

Certified providers operate as independent practitioners. NI does not supervise or control post-certification practice and assumes no responsibility for client outcomes, professional conduct, or legal matters arising from independent work.

As a continuing condition of holding certification, using the certification title, and remaining listed in the Provider Directory, certified providers must carry their own professional liability insurance appropriate to their practice and jurisdiction, and must indemnify and hold harmless Neurogenic Integration AS, its officers, directors, and employees against any claims, losses, or costs arising from their independent practice, including claims brought by their own clients.

Maintaining appropriate insurance is solely the provider’s responsibility. NI does not verify, monitor, or accept responsibility for whether a provider holds or maintains insurance, and NI bears no liability for any lapse. These commitments are confirmed in the signed certification onboarding agreement. Listing in the Provider Directory is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by NI of any provider’s insurance, credentials, or conduct.

15. Fees, refunds, and withdrawal

Prices are shown on the NI website in the stated currency and without MVA (Norwegian VAT) — NI is not MVA-registered, because its educational services fall outside registration. Because one format is delivered as digital content and the other as a live service, the withdrawal and refund terms differ.

15A — Self-paced Program (digital content). Enrolment gives immediate access to digital educational content and written materials, including the certification manual. By enrolling you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun (angrerettlova; EU Consumer Rights Directive). As a goodwill policy, NI offers a limited refund window of seven (7) days from enrolment, available only if no digital content has been accessed — including any access to or download of the certification manual or written materials — and no live sessions have been attended. Once either occurs, all fees are non-refundable.

15B — Live cohort Program (live service). The live cohort is a service delivered over time. Three rules apply, in this order.

(i) Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of enrolment, which cannot be waived. Note that this period runs from the date you enrol — not from the date the cohort begins — so if you enrol well in advance, this window may close before teaching starts. Within it you may withdraw for a refund, subject to: (a) if you have accessed any digital materials (including the certification manual), the digital-content rule in §15A applies to those materials, and their value may be deducted from any refund; and (b) if, at your express request, live instruction begins within the 14-day period and you then withdraw, you remain liable for a proportionate amount for the sessions delivered up to the point you notify us.

(ii) Goodwill window before the cohort starts. As a goodwill policy, and in addition to the statutory right above, you may withdraw for a full refund up to 30 days before the cohort start date, provided you have not accessed any digital course materials (including the certification manual). This applies even if your statutory 14-day period has already passed.

(iii) After that. Once you are within 30 days of the cohort start date, or once the cohort has begun, no refund is due.

Both formats. Except as set out above, withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer, and no refund is issued for failure to complete the Program, a decision not to pursue certification, or a delayed, withheld, or denied certification. Nothing in this section removes any non-waivable consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence.

16. Data protection

Certification-related data, recordings, and evaluation materials are processed in accordance with NI’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

Part B — Self-Paced Format (in addition to Part A)

• Instruction is delivered through pre-recorded video lessons.
• Enrolment is rolling, with immediate access on enrolment.
• Attendance at a minimum of four live monthly classes is mandatory for completion. These online classes are educational and professional-development sessions, open to all active self-paced students, and confidential (“what is shared in the class stays in the class”). They may be recorded; access to a recording may be granted at NI’s discretion where a student cannot attend. Students may attend more than the minimum until graduation.

Part C — Live Cohort Format (in addition to Part A)

• Instruction is delivered live rather than through pre-recorded lessons; the curriculum and certification requirements are the same as the self-paced Program.
• The cohort runs on fixed start dates, with enrolment only at the start of each cohort cycle.
• Full attendance of scheduled live sessions is required to complete and be certified. Students who must miss a session are expected to arrange this in advance; absences due to genuine emergencies are considered case by case, at NI’s discretion.
