For Personal Practice

Neurogenic Integration is a body-based approach that helps release tension, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. It works by activating the body’s natural tremoring reflex, which allows for the release of deep-seated physical and emotional tension.
Neurogenic Integration is an evolution and outgrowth from TRE, seeking to extend the application of therapeutic tremoring into new domains as well as explore a deeper integration of neurogenic tremoring with other modalities like breathwork, meditation, and bodywork. The founders of Neurogenic Integration (Alex & Siv) have deep experience in the TRE world as Providers and Trainers and were encouraged by David Berceli, PhD (the founder of TRE) to pursue new approaches and applications of the tremoring process through Neurogenic Integration.
Absolutely. Neurogenic Integration is dedicated to deepening and expanding the TRE process in a number of ways through both personal and professional explorations. You don’t need to begin with our Foundations course, but you will get tremendous value from our more advanced courses and offerings.
Neurogenic Integration is beneficial for a wide range of individuals. Whether you’re looking to manage everyday stress, address trauma, enhance your physical and emotional health, or enhance personal growth, Neurogenic Integration offers a gentle yet powerful way to support your well-being.
Our Foundations Course provides a comprehensive introduction to Neurogenic Tremoring, including its history, the science behind it, and practical techniques for starting your own practice. You’ll learn how to safely initiate tremors, the importance of self-regulation, and how to integrate this practice into your daily life for lasting benefits.

The Advanced Practices Course takes your tremoring practice to the next level by introducing new techniques, body positions, and the use of props such as chairs, pillows, and yoga blocks. This course is designed to help you explore variations, deepen your practice, and discover new ways to release tension and stress.

Self-regulation refers to your ability to manage and control your emotional and physical responses during the practice of Neurogenic Integration. It involves listening to your body, knowing when to slow down, take a break, or stop, and ensuring that your practice remains safe and comfortable. An essential aspect of self-regulation is staying objective and adopting the role of an observer, where you can calmly “look” at what your body, emotions, and thoughts are doing without judgment. This approach not only keeps your practice safe, but also allows for deeper insights and more profound benefits as you learn to navigate your internal experiences with greater awareness and equanimity.
The courses provide clear, step-by-step instructions to ensure you’re practicing Neurogenic Integration safely and effectively. Additionally, our Advanced Practices Course offers further guidance on exploring variations and deepening your practice. If you have any specific concerns, our FAQ page and customer support are always available to assist you.
If you ever feel overwhelmed, it’s important to pause and practice self-regulation. Take a break, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to rest. Our courses emphasize the importance of listening to your body and knowing when to slow down. If you continue to feel uncertain, we recommend seeking additional guidance from a qualified facilitator/provider. Please contact us directly for more information about this.
Both the Foundations Course and the Advanced Practices Course are online self-learning video courses, designed to be self-paced. They include video tutorials and practical exercises that cover the basic understanding of Neurogenic Tremoring, how it works, and how to practice easily and safely at your own pace.

For Professionals and Organizations

Neurogenic Integration and Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) both utilize the body’s natural tremoring mechanism to release tension and stress. TRE is developed by Dr Davis Bercelli PhD and he is supporting the development of Neurogenic Integration, firmly based in TRE. Neurogenic Integration is distinguished by its focus on integrating these tremors with other therapeutic practices, body positions, and props, making it a more versatile and comprehensive approach for addressing physical and emotional well-being in various professional contexts.
Yes! Our courses are specifically designed to help professionals in fields such as physiotherapy, fitness, acupuncture, medicine, psychotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy integrate Neurogenic Integration into their existing practices. This allows you to invoke and work with the neurogenic reflex as part of your treatment, as well as offer your clients or patients an effective method for releasing tension and nervous system regulation that they can apply independently.
Organizations, whether they’re educational institutions, professional associations, or wellness centers, can integrate Neurogenic Integration into their existing programs to enhance the overall impact of their offerings. Our tailored courses ensure that the content aligns with your specific goals, avoiding redundancy while adding valuable tools for promoting health and wellness among your students, members or clients. We can provide customized education programs to integrate a Neurogenic Integration certification into your existing programs, empowering your students to facilitate Neurogenic Tremoring safely and effectively.
We work closely with educational organizations and certification bodies to tailor our Neurogenic Integration courses so they complement your existing curriculum. This ensures that our content aligns with your specific educational goals and provides unique value without duplicating information already covered in your programs. Your students get a certification as a Neurogenic Integration facilitator able to teach and guide their clients and patients easily and safely through Neurogenic Tremoring.
Incorporating Neurogenic Integration into your practice provides a holistic approach to health by addressing the underlying stress and trauma that often contribute to physical and mental health challenges. Neurogenic Integration complements traditional treatments, offering techniques that reduce stress, alleviate tension, and support overall well-being.
Self-regulation in the context of Neurogenic Integration refers to the ability to manage and control one’s emotional and physical responses during practice. For professionals, it’s important to teach clients or patients how to practice self-regulation, ensuring that they can safely engage with Neurogenic Integration and adjust their practice according to their needs. Encouraging clients to stay objective and adopt the role of the observer—calmly noticing what their body, emotions, and thoughts are doing without judgment—enhances their ability to navigate the practice safely. This approach not only supports safety but also facilitates deeper insights and more effective outcomes in their healing process.
Absolutely. Neurogenic Integration can be a valuable addition to corporate wellness programs, providing employees with a powerful tool to manage stress, enhance resilience, and improve overall workplace well-being. Our training programs can be customized to fit the specific needs of your organization. We can offer workshops for your employees so they can learn Neurogenic Tremoring, how to practice individually and as a group enjoying the benefits of working as a team both doing their jobs and releasing stress and tension together. This creates an improved environment for communication and understanding, enhancing teamwork both in their jobs and in releasing stress and tension together.
To get started, simply contact us to discuss your organization’s needs and goals. We’ll work with you to customize a training program that fits your requirements, whether you’re looking for a one-time workshop or a comprehensive certification program.
Our courses are delivered through a combination of video tutorials, written materials, and practical exercises. Designed to be self-paced, they allow you to integrate learning into your schedule conveniently. For organizations, we can customize delivery formats to align with your specific training needs.
It depends. We are working to accredit our courses in professional continuing educational platforms around the world and may be able to offer continuing education credits, depending on your professional organization’s requirements. Please contact us to verify whether our courses meet the criteria for your specific certification needs.
That depends on the organization or educational program you are a part of. For the personal and professional video education courses (e.g., Foundations Course, Advanced Course etc.) you will receive a certificate of completion. Currently we only offer customized certification programs within existing organizational settings. In the future, we may develop a more general Neurogenic Integration certification pathway.
