Program Flow/Process

This is a simple, enjoyable session that pairs flowing Qigong movement with a guided TRE practice. Jared leads you through gentle movement to awaken your life force and then into a tremoring process, so you can feel your body’s interaction with life in a way that is easy, embodied, and light — connecting, releasing, and enjoying as you go.
