Program & Format
What's the difference between the Live Cohort and the self-paced certification?
The content and the certification standard are the same — the difference is the format. The Live Cohort follows the training model we’ve used for TRE certification for the past 15 years: 36 hours of live Zoom classroom time across three modules, plus 13 one-on-one mentoring calls spread through the training. The self-paced program moves much of the learning into an extensive video lecture and manual library that you work through on your own schedule, plus a minimum of 12 live Zoom hours and 9 one-on-one mentoring calls. Both include lifetime access to our video library.
Can I take Module 1 on its own?
Yes. Module 1 stands on its own as a rich foundation in TRE and your personal practice. And if you decide to continue later, it counts as credit toward the full certification — nothing is lost.
What does each module cover?
Module 1: Foundational Knowledge. Module 2: Individual TRE® Facilitation. Module 3: Group TRE® Facilitation. Each module runs three consecutive mornings, live on Zoom.
What does the supervision and mentorship component involve?
Beyond the live modules, the full certification includes 13 dedicated mentorship touchpoints: 4 personal sessions designed to optimize your own personal tremoring practice, 4 individual teaching video reviews, 4 supervised group video reviews, and 1 final evaluation. Booking links live inside your learning portal, and these begin after Module 1 — we’ll guide you when it’s time.
Who is this training for? Do I need prior experience with TRE?
The training is open to all — no prior TRE experience or professional background is required. Our students include therapists, coaches, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and people who simply want to go deep with this work and share it with others. The short application isn’t a gate; it just helps us make sure the training is a good fit before you invest.
Schedule & Attendance
When are the sessions, and what time do they run?
Module 1: October 14–16 · Module 2: January 13–15 · Module 3: April 14–16. All sessions run 8:00am–noon Mountain Time (4pm–8pm Paris time), three consecutive days per module — about four hours per morning.
What if I have to miss a live session?
If you know you’ll need to miss a session, just message us ahead of time and we’ll arrange how to catch you up.
Are the live sessions mandatory?
Real-time attendance is the heart of the cohort model, and it’s what you’re choosing when you pick this path over self-paced. If a conflict comes up, message us in advance and we’ll work it out together.
I'm outside the US — can I join?
Yes — the cohort is fully online, and we list session times in both Mountain Time and Central European hours. As long as the live windows work in your time zone, you’re welcome.
Pricing & Payment
How much does the certification cost, and what's included?
The full Live Cohort certification is $3,400. That includes all three live modules, all 13 supervision and mentorship touchpoints, lifetime access to the video library, and a full year of the Neurogenic Integration Membership. Module 1 on its own is $500.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes — you can pay in full or choose the installment plan at checkout. Module 1 on its own is a single payment.
Are there any additional costs before certification?
Yes — registration with TRE For All requires a one time $35 fee.
Do you offer discounts, scholarships, or a sliding scale?
We don’t currently offer discounts, but the payment plan exists to make the investment manageable over the course of the training.
Certification & Credentials
What certification do I receive, and where will I be listed?
Graduates are designated Neurogenic Integration Certified TRE® Providers and listed on the Neurogenic Integration Provider Directory at no cost. Because the Live Cohort follows the historical GCTP training model, graduates are also eligible for listing on the TRE For All global directory (for an annual fee) — currently available only to trainees of this pathway.
Is this an official TRE® certification?
Yes. Our Live Cohort follows the historical Global Certification Training Program (GCTP) pathway — the model used for TRE® certification for the past 15 years, developed under TRE founder Dr. David Berceli. TRE® is a trademarked method, and per TRE For All, full certification is required to teach TRE to others. Completing the Live Cohort certifies you to facilitate TRE with individuals and groups, and makes you eligible for the TRE For All global provider directory.
Do I have to be certified to teach TRE®?
Yes — TRE® is protected by trademark and copyright held by Dr. Berceli, and teaching it to others requires full certification through a recognized training pathway. That’s exactly what this program provides.
Can I practice professionally with this certification?
The certification prepares you to facilitate TRE with individuals and groups. Scope-of-practice rules and local regulations vary by profession and region.
Is there an application process?
Yes — we ask all prospective students to complete a short application first. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive your registration link. This helps us make sure the training is a good fit before you invest.
Getting Started & Logistics
What happens after I register?
You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need: your Zoom link (the same one for all sessions), calendar invites for each module, and access to the Online Learning Portal — look for the “TRE Certification” tab in your dashboard. Before Module 1, we’ll ask you to review and complete the agreements in the portal. Your one-year membership activates right away, so you can join the weekly live classes and deepen your personal practice before the training begins.
What do I need to participate?
A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera for Zoom, and enough floor space to practice comfortably. That’s it — no special equipment.
