Meet Your Guide

Svava Brooks

Svava Brooks is a trauma survivor, educator, and healing guide with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations on their journey of recovery and resilience. She is a Certified TREĀ® Provider, yoga teacher, Reiki master, and Block Therapy instructor.

Svava has dedicated her life to ending child sexual abuse through prevention, awareness, and survivor support. She has served as a facilitator, trainer, and speaker on trauma, chronic stress, and recovery in both the US and Iceland.

Through her compassionate, heart-centered approach, Svava empowers others to gently reconnect with their bodies, release stored tension, and cultivate inner safety.
