In this experiential workshop, you’ll learn core body-based practices from Primal Trust that fit easily into daily life, plus how tremoring works with what your body is holding.

- Pre-requisite: This is for people who already know how to safely self-regulate their tremoring process.

Program Flow/Process
Teaching Phase (45 minutes): Lindsay guides you through essential Primal Trust practices, explaining how these body-based tools work with your nervous system’s natural capacity to settle and regulate.
Integration Phase (45 minutes): Experience a guided tremoring session with Alex Greene designed to help release stored survival energy, followed by Q&A to deepen your understanding and address your specific questions.
