Embodied Voice
- Thursday, 19 November 2026 10:00 – 11:30 AM MST (Denver, Mountain Time), 6:00 – 7:30 PM CET (Paris), 5:00 – 6:30 PM UTC
Our voices carry a lot of history. In this 90-minute workshop, Jeremy de Tolly invites you to explore how conventional conditioning teaches us to communicate from within hypervigilant survival or pleaser conditioning — and what becomes available when we bring intentional embodiment to the way we use our voices. Together, you’ll play with speaking and listening from the body.
Price: $30
- Location: Online via zoom
- Duration: 90 - 120 minutes
- Pre-requisite: This is for people who already know how to safely self-regulate their tremoring process.
This workshop is free for members, if you have a membership please login to save your spot for free.
What You Will Learn
- How to speak and listen “from the body”
- How to work with activated survival energy to access powerful flow states
- How to enjoy and liberate your voice
Program Flow/Process
This is a 90-minute live session on Zoom, guided throughout by Jeremy. Together the group will explore how conventional conditioning teaches us to communicate from within hypervigilant survival or pleaser conditioning, and then play with very intentional embodiment when using our voices — speaking and listening from the body, and working with activated survival energy. The session can be done seated, and no prior experience is required.
Things to Bring
Nothing is required — the whole session can be done seated.
Why You Need to Join:
Most of us learned to speak under pressure — to be understood quickly, to keep the peace, to hold it together. This session is a chance to set that down for 90 minutes and find out what your voice does when your body is genuinely involved. You’ll be guided step by step, with the freedom to participate as much or as little as feels right. Come curious, and bring your voice.
Join us live on the Neurogenic Integration Zoom Platform on Thursday, 19 November 2026.
Meet Your Guides
Jeremy de Tolly
Jeremy de Tolly is a communication coach who specialises in helping people work with public speaking anxiety, social anxiety, and nervous-system dysregulation around using their voice. His work spans from senior executives and public figures to socially anxious young people who struggle to speak up in classrooms and social settings. Jeremy is the creator of a trauma-informed, somatic framework called the Radiant Voices Process, which helps people communicate with clarity, authority, and “authentic presence.”
Jeremy has also fronted the Cape Town indie rock band The Dirty Skirts since 2004 — two albums, festival stages including Oppikoppi and Rocking the Daisies, and a run at SXSW in Austin. After a decade away, the band returned with new music in 2025 and are back on stage in 2026. The stage and the coaching room ask for the same thing: a voice that comes from the body, rather than one you manage from the neck up. That’s the territory this workshop makes space to explore.
