Creating Resonance: A Design Lab for Your Creative Self

An opportunity to encourage creativity in the ways we engage tremoring. As a practitioner, how can I expand possibility at my edges? As a facilitator, what might happen if I show up in full authenticity, blending modalities and aspirations in spaceholding for groups? What will it take to innovate and co-create with integrity, while also supporting safety, co-regulation and growth?

We’ll explore these questions with hosts Terrice Bassler (Canada) and Slavica Indzevska (North Macedonia). The session will feature a film screening about “Women InSpiring 2025,” their recent collaboration in South Africa on a 10-day collective residency of women who lead with creativity.

The session’s experiential format will include reflective conversation, tips ‘n tools, and small group exercises for re-sourcing your creative flow.

This workshop is free for members, if you have a membership please login to see the zoom link.

Note:

This 90-minute workshop will take place on Thursday. All you will need is curiosity and some paper, pen for sketching and writing.

Participants will have the option to join Terrice and Slavica on the following Sunday for a separate 60-minute somatic session with shaking and musical accompaniment. Familiarity with tremoring practice and self-regulation is pre-requisite for the Sunday session.
