More About Jenna

She is a certified provider of the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and the new Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) listening therapies. Jenna offers compassionate, body-centered care in her Bellingham, Washington office, local Roots of Empathy classroom and Zoom room.

Jenna discovered Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) in 2007, first falling in love with it for her own healing, later sharing it with clients and friends. She teaches with a somatic, heart-centered approach, empowering others to activate their body’s natural tremoring for stress and tension release. As a trauma-informed provider, she incorporates her HANDLE training, knowledge of Polyvagal theory, and Qigong to offer customized warm ups and support for nervous system state changes. Jenna has advanced TRE® training and a diverse therapeutic background. She tailors each session to foster safety, self-awareness, and resilience.
