Alex Greene

Alex stumbled upon the power of neurogenic tremor response while living as a monk at a Zen monastery in the mountains outside of Honolulu, Hawai’i. Struggling with hip pain, he was able to go through 10-series of Structural Integration by a local practitioner who traveled up to the monastery. During one of these sessions, his body began to spontaneously tremor and shake in a very surprising way – but when he stood up after the session he felt lighter and freer than he had in years.
