Introduction to Postural Restoration® with Neurogenic Tremoring
- Thursday, 5 November 2026 10:00 AM MST (Denver, Mountain Time), 6:00 PM CET (Paris)
Posture, breathing, and nervous system regulation are deeply connected. Over time, the body can develop patterns of compensation that influence breathing, movement, tension, and overall ease. This workshop offers an introduction to foundational Postural Restoration® principles — exploring the body’s natural asymmetries and the relationships among the pelvis, rib cage, diaphragm, and cranium — through simple breathing and repositioning practices designed to support more balanced, adaptable movement. Gentle postural oscillation and guided neurogenic tremoring are then included as supportive integration practices, allowing the body to release excess muscular tension, settle, and experience greater ease.
If you already have a tremoring practice, this workshop offers a different way into it. The positions your body habitually holds shape how your tremor moves, where it travels, and where it stalls. By repositioning first — through breath and simple Postural Restoration® practices — and then tremoring, you get to feel how much of your tremoring process is influenced by postural patterning, and let the tremor do the settling and integrating from a more balanced starting place.
Price: $30
- Location: Online via zoom
- Duration: 90 - 120 minutes
- Pre-requisite: This is for people who already know how to safely self-regulate their tremoring process.
This workshop is free for members, if you have a membership please login to save your spot for free.
What You Will Learn
- How the body’s natural asymmetries influence posture, breathing, and movement
- How the pelvis, rib cage, diaphragm, and cranium work together
- Foundational Postural Restoration® breathing and repositioning practices
- How postural oscillation can support rhythm, adaptability, and more fluid movement
- How pressure, stability, and coordination are supported throughout the body
- How neurogenic tremoring is influenced by awareness of postural patterning
- Practical tools for greater body awareness, self-regulation, and ease in daily movement
Program Flow/Process
We will begin with an introduction to Postural Restoration® concepts, followed by guided breathing, self-assessment, and repositioning practices. We will then explore gentle postural oscillation to bring movement and rhythm into these new positions. Once the body has had an opportunity to experience greater balance and adaptability, we will transition into guided neurogenic tremoring to support settling and integration.
Things to Bring
- Water to stay hydrated
- A rolled hand towel or a small 15 cm / 6″ ball
- A yoga mat or blanket
Why You Need to Join:
Most of us carry our postural habits without ever noticing them — until the breath feels shallow, a movement catches, or the tension simply will not let go. This session is a chance to meet those patterns directly, with two experienced guides, and then let the body integrate what it finds through its own tremoring process. You will be guided step by step, with the freedom to work at your own pace throughout.
Join us live on the Neurogenic Integration Zoom Platform on Thursday, 5 November 2026.

Wren McLaughlin
Wren McLaughlin is a physical therapist and Postural Restoration® Certified Therapist (PRC) with a deep interest in neurogenic tremoring, breathing mechanics, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Her personal experience with chronic back pain led her to explore the relationship between the nervous system, respiration, posture, and tension patterns. Through Postural Restoration®, Wren has developed a particular appreciation for how breathing and positional relationships between the diaphragm, thorax, pelvis, and extremities influence movement and muscle tone. She is passionate about helping people develop greater awareness of their bodies and nervous systems, creating space for more ease, adaptability, and resilience.

Jenna Anderson
Jenna Anderson, A.S., LMT, is a licensed massage therapist, TRE® provider, and nervous system educator with nearly three decades of experience in holistic health. Her work integrates neurogenic tremoring, CranioSacral Therapy, lymphatic techniques, breath, and gentle movement to support whole-body regulation. Her early career as a paramedic, along with her extensive experience in bodywork, led her to develop a deep appreciation for the relationships among the nervous system, breathing, posture, fluid movement, and muscular tension. Jenna has practiced neurogenic tremoring since 2007, and teaches in person and online, helping people explore the body’s natural capacity to release tension and return to greater balance. Jenna values creating supportive spaces where people can develop a more responsive relationship with their bodies. Through awareness, movement, tremoring, and co-regulation, Jenna helps people cultivate greater ease, adaptability, and resilience.
