Program Flow/Process
1. Awakening the Body with Intuitive Movement
We begin by tuning in through free, intuitive movement guided by sound and music. You’ll explore areas of tension or protective patterns with curiosity and kindness, offering them gentle attention and messages of safety.
2. Self-Touch for Soothing and Connection
Experience intentional self-touch—tapping, caressing, massaging—following your body’s natural cues. Through your hands, you’ll direct elevated emotions like gratitude and care directly into your tissue and nervous system.
3. Integration & Sharing
A gentle pause to feel what’s present in your body and notice what has shifted. Optional sharing with the group creates deeper connection and witnessing.
4. TRE® Tremoring Practice
Find your most comfortable position for tremoring while anchoring yourself in elevated emotional states. All responses are welcomed as your body processes and integrates through natural movement.
5. Final Integration and Closing Circle
Deep integration time allows your nervous system to settle, followed by optional sharing, grounding, and meaningful closure with the group.
Why This Workshop Will Transform Your Practice
This isn’t just another tremoring session—it’s an invitation to discover the profound wisdom that emerges when your whole being moves in harmony. You’ll leave with practical tools for creating safety in your body, techniques for integrating elevated emotions with tremoring, and a deeper understanding of how compassionate presence can transform your healing journey. Perfect for experienced practitioners ready to explore the beautiful intersection of movement, touch, and neurogenic release.
