Grounded in Nature with Trini

Step outside your usual tremoring space and discover the powerful co-regulating presence of the natural world. In this unique 2-hour online session, you’ll be guided through Forest Bathing-inspired nature connection practices that help your nervous system soften and settle into deeper presence. From that grounded state, we’ll move into a guided TRE® self-regulation practice, supporting profound release, integration, and nervous system balance—whether you’re outdoors or creating a nature corner indoors.

This workshop is free for members, if you have a membership please login to see the zoom link.

What You Will Learn

  • Explore new settings for tremoring – Practice TRE® beyond the usual indoor space, supported by nature, fresh air, and spaciousness
  • Experience nature as a powerful co-regulator – Discover how contact with the natural world helps your nervous system settle, soften, and return to safety
  • Learn nature-connection practices you can use in daily life – Take home simple Forest Bathing-inspired tools to reconnect through your senses anytime you need grounding
  • Deepen self-regulation and integration through TRE® – Tremor from a more resourced state of presence, supporting deeper release, integration, and nervous system balance

Program Flow/Process

We’ll begin with gentle, sensory-based nature connection practices inspired by Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)—guided invitations that help us recalibrate our senses and remember what nature offers us every single day. These practices naturally allow the nervous system to soften and settle.

From that grounded place, we’ll move into a guided TRE® self-regulation practice (neurogenic tremors) to support deeper release and integration. The level of physical activity will be gentle, low-impact, and fully self-paced, whether you’re outdoors or indoors with your nature corner.

Things to Bring

If you’re joining from indoors:

  • Create a simple “nature corner” in advance with natural elements: plants, stones, rocks, leaves, wood, flowers, or even kitchen items like fruit, vegetables, loose-leaf tea, dried herbs, or spices

If you’re joining from outdoors:

  • Choose your location ahead of time (reliable internet, accessible, comfortable, private, and safe)
  • Dress for the weather: rain jacket/windbreaker, warm layers, hat and gloves if needed
  • Water and a warm drink (optional)
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses
  • Waterproof boots or snow pants if there’s snow or wet ground

For TRE comfort (indoor or outdoor):

  • Clothing you’re okay with getting dirty
  • Yoga mat and/or blanket to lie down comfortably
  • Optional: small cushion, extra layer, or something to support your head/knees

Technology:

  • Stable internet connection
  • Headphones so you can hear prompts without watching the screen
  • Fully charged phone or computer

Safety note: If practicing outdoors alone, let someone know where you are and when you plan to return. Avoid remote areas where safety could be a concern.

Why You Need to Join:

Many of us practice tremoring indoors, in the same familiar space. But what happens when we bring this powerful nervous system tool into direct contact with the natural world? Nature itself becomes a co-regulator, offering spaciousness, fresh sensory input, and an invitation to soften in ways that indoor practice alone may not reach. This workshop gives you practical tools to weave nature connection into your tremoring practice—and into your daily life—deepening your capacity for presence, release, and integration.

Meet Your Guide

Trinidad Zegers

Trinidad Zegers is a TRE® provider, nature-based guide, and founder of Sirio Expediciones. With over 15 years of experience guiding in iconic landscapes across Chile and Patagonia—and more than 6 years facilitating journeys of reconnection with the body—she offers a grounded, sensitive approach to healing through the body and the living world.

Trinidad’s work is shaped by a lifelong love for nature and animals. Reconnecting with the body and with nature has been one of the deepest pillars of her own healing journey. She believes this reconnection is not only personal but collective—an act of remembering that helps us fully inhabit our bodies and participate in building a more conscious, regenerative world.

Her facilitation integrates Forest Bathing-inspired nature connection practices with TRE® (neurogenic tremors), supporting participants to soften tension, build resilience, and return to a deeper sense of presence and safety. Trinidad’s approach is both structured and intuitive, creating a supportive container where the nervous system can unwind and integrate at its own pace—while rediscovering joy, pleasure, and wonder in the body and in the natural world.
