From Survival to Pleasure

In this 120-minute somatic journey, we’ll explore how the nervous system shifts from survival mode into states of pleasure, expansion, and aliveness. Through guided movement, gentle tremoring, and somatic practices, you’ll tune into what feels nourishing and learn to recognize consent as a felt sense in your body. The session includes time for reflection and journaling to help you integrate your experience and invite more choice and vitality into daily life.

Program Flow/Process
We’ll begin with gentle guided movement and somatic practices to help you settle into your body. Through intentional tremoring and awareness exercises, you’ll explore the sensations that arise as your nervous system moves from protection into expansion. The session includes guided reflection and journaling time to support integration, helping you translate your somatic experience into insights you can carry forward. This is a compassionate, body-centered exploration that honors your own pace and internal wisdom.

Sylvia Benoist is a certified sophrologist, TRE® practitioner, and trainer based in France, specializing in nervous system regulation and somatic healing. After living abroad for over 23 years and navigating her own journey with autoimmune illness, Sylvia developed an embodied, trauma-informed approach focused on restoring safety in the body. She supports individuals in moving out of survival mode, reconnecting with their sensations, and rediscovering their internal resources through compassionate, body-based work.
