Join us for a unique 2-hour online session that blends Forest Bathing and TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) — two powerful practices that support nervous system regulation, presence, and restoration.

Forest Bathing is a science-backed wellness practice that invites us to slow down and connect with the natural world through our senses. Originated in Japan, it has been shown to reduce stress, improve mood, and support physical and emotional wellbeing. You don’t need a forest —
A garden, urban park, or any natural space where you feel safe is ok.

Through gentle, guided invitations, we will engage with nature in a way that cultivates curiosity, play and connection. After the nature-based portion, we will transition into a voice-guided, self-regulated TRE® session.
