Fascia & TRE: Unlocking Deeper States of Reconnection with Liza Kimble

Explore the powerful intersection of fascia and neurogenic tremoring in this immersive workshop designed for experienced practitioners. You’ll learn how the fascial system—our body’s connective tissue network—directly influences tremoring patterns and states of embodiment. Through guided self-touch practices, scar release techniques, and deepened understanding of your sensory nervous system, you’ll discover new pathways to wholeness and reconnection with your physical self.

This workshop is free for members, if you have a membership please login to see the zoom link.

What You Will Learn

  • How the sensory nervous system operates within fascia to influence body awareness and presence
  • Practical techniques for psoas release that support deeper tremoring states

  • Ways to build trust with your body and access greater nervous system flexibility

Program Flow/Process

This experiential workshop weaves together education and embodied practice. You’ll begin by exploring the relationship between fascia and the sensory nervous system, understanding how this network shapes your felt sense of connection. Through guided self-touch practices using a gua sha stone, you’ll learn techniques to work with your own fascial system safely and effectively. The workshop includes focused work on scar release, psoas connection, and practices that enhance interoception and proprioception. You’ll experience how these fascial techniques shift your tremoring patterns, opening access to deeper states of release and integration.

Things to Bring

  • Water
  • Gua sha stone (or similar smooth-edged tool for fascial work)

Why You Need to Join:

If you’ve been tremoring for a while and sense there’s another layer waiting to be unlocked, this workshop offers that key. Many practitioners discover that even with regular tremoring, certain areas of the body remain “frozen” or disconnected—often without realizing it. Fascia holds your life story, and learning to work with this tissue opens chapters of your healing journey you may not have known existed. Participants consistently report profound shifts: tremors moving into new areas, emotional releases that have been waiting years to surface, and a visceral sense of coming home to their bodies. This isn’t just another technique—it’s an invitation to deepen your relationship with the very tissue that connects every part of you, creating lasting transformation in how you tremor, move, and live in your body.
